By Post
If you don't want to order online then you can print out the form below, fill in your details and send it together with a completed copy of the SIZING GUIDE page to PO Box 71, Downham Market, PE38 8AW. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to 'Fashion Fantasy by Barbara'.
Over the Phone
You can place an order over the phone between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and between 9 am and midday on Saturday at 07855 165 785 (+44 7855 165 785 for callers outside the UK). Please have your measurements ready if ordering this way.
Via Email
You can email your order to barbara@ffbybarbara.com. Note that email is not secure so you should not send card details this way.

Delivery
All our dresses are hand made so please allow 28 days for delivery. Postage is £0.00 per order. For UK customers all orders are sent by first class registered post (to your billing address if ordering online). For international customers orders are sent by airmail. If your package is taking too long to arrive then do not hesitate to contact us.
Security
We do not store any credit card details or other sensitive information at ffbybarbara.com. All transactions are processed by Protx, who use bank-approved software and the highest level of encryption to ensure that your credit card details are kept secure at all times. The Protx certificate can be viewed by clicking on the padlock at the bottom of the Protx payment page.
