Dorothy is a very bold Party Dress. She is made from red and black silk decorated with red and black bows and black lace. Her black top has a red frill with black lace around her neckline and a red bow in front. Her red sleeves are finished with frills with black lace. On the long black skirt Dorothy has a top layer of red silk decorated with black lace and a red bow.
